Each year Chesapeake has a family Halloween Carnival and Haunted House, to raise money for United Way. They had the inflatable slides and fun house, face painting, balloon animals, caricature artist, and a haunted house for adults. They also had barbeque, popcorn and cotton candy. Cannon surprisingly would not eat the cotton candy! It was a lot of fun!
